iCloud syncHow do I keep my library on all my devices?
Rainbow Index syncs your library through iCloud. On each iPhone, iPad, and Mac, sign in with the same Apple Account and turn on iCloud Drive for Rainbow Index. A new device can take some time to get a large library. When iCloud has a problem, such as full storage, the sidebar tells you.
BackupHow do I restore a backup?
Rainbow Index keeps a daily backup in the Rainbow Index folder of iCloud Drive. To bring items back from it, open Settings in the app, choose Import, and select the Backup folder. Import adds only what your library doesn’t have.
ImportCan I bring my existing bookmarks?
To move your bookmarks from a browser or another app, open Settings, choose Import, and select the exported file. Rainbow Index reads HTML bookmark files from any browser, the zip files that Safari, Google Takeout, and Pocket export, CSV files, and Chrome, Firefox, and Pinboard JSON files. On the Mac, Import is also in the File menu.
Rainbow Index ProHow does Pro work?
The free library holds up to 50 items. Rainbow Index Pro, a one-time purchase, removes the limit on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. If Pro doesn’t show as purchased, open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases.
Safari extensionHow do I save from Safari on my Mac?
On your Mac, open Safari, choose Safari > Settings > Extensions, and turn on Rainbow Index. Then click its button in the Safari toolbar to save the page you’re on.
Your dataHow do I export or delete my library?
To export your library, open Settings and choose Export. To delete your data from iCloud, follow the steps in the privacy policy.
